Position Available: HOSTS
Host will manage online reservations and will greet customers as they enter the restaurant. Host will take names of walk-in
customers and reservation guests and enter information for seating charts. Host will seat customers as directed by the restaurant manager
and assist other general customer service matters. Host will answer phone to handle all customer questions including
reservation bookings or menu queries. Host may at times perform cleaning or sanitation application to keep restaurant clean and assist in clearing to tables to facilitate on-time seating of reserved
customers.
No education or prior work experience is required and on the job training is offered at not cost to the worker. Workers will be paid at a rate of $17.77 per hour regular time with overtime paid at a rate of $26.66 per hour if applicable. Workers will be paid at least once every two weeks. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.88 p/day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 p/day with receipts. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Employer will use a single workweek as its base for computing wages due. H-2B workers will be provided with reimbursement by company check during the first workweek for visa, visa processing and related costs, except passport costs. All deductions required by law will be deducted each pay period. If housing is provided by employer, employee cost for housing is $200.00 per pay period and is paid directly by employee to employer each pay period. Housing is optional. Position Available: DINING ROOMM ATTENDANTS
Dining Room Attendants will assist in the operation of the restaurant floor. This includes cleaning tables, carrying dishes, removing/replacing linens or silverware or any other table item that needs removed/replaced before during or after a customer's dining experience. Workers may at times serve food or beverage to customer. Workers may clean the restaurant before, during or after their shift. Dining Room Attendants must be able to bend, squat, run & physically react in a prompt manner, able to lift 50 lbs. and to stand for very long periods of time. Workers will comply with all local, state, and federal regulations, orders, and mandates related to sanitation and cleanliness

Prep Cook will be responsible for preparation, execution and clean up of breakfast meals, including preparing, seasoning, and cooking dishes such as eggs, meats, vegetables, or bakery items in restaurants,rotating food to ensure freshness, assisting with ordering supplies, inspecting and cleaning food preparation areas or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices, and ensuring prepared food quality meets company standards. May need to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
