ROOMS

All of the rooms at 8 Dyer offer en-suite bathrooms with shower stalls and are designed for up to two adults featuring either a queen- or king-sized bed. You can take a virtual tour here! Penthouse 2 and Penthouse 3, Room 3 at the Benchmark Inn provide a private jacuzzi tub in addition to the en-suite bathroom with a shower. All rooms also have air conditioning and heating, a refrigerator, a television with directv and roku, and a wet bar.

Our only accessible room is Room 8 and it features a ground-level, direct entrance wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair, grab bars in the bathroom, a roll-in shower with a seat, and assistive devices to alert those with hearing loss to emergencies.
