At 8 Dyer Hotel, our modern 7-room guesthouse is tucked away on a quiet side street of one of the world’s most scenic and lively destinations – Provincetown.
A chef-owned petite hotel, we offer a complimentary gourmet breakfast daily either on-site, or at our casual brunch restaurant around the corner, depending on crowds there. We offer free parking on a shared basis, where we hold your keys and make your car available when you need it. Adult-Only Relaxation
Reserved exclusively for adults age 18 and up, 8 Dyer Hotel welcomes couples, singles, honeymooners and friends' getaways. We are a completely non-smoking and pet-free property.
